Shipping Process

A China-to-USA workflow you can follow.

The route starts before pickup. Cargo review, preparation and a clear quotation reduce preventable surprises later in the shipment.

Six coordinated stages

From cargo facts to final delivery.

Each stage produces the information needed for the next one. Missing or changed cargo details can change the quotation and route.

01

Share the cargo details

Send the product description, special characteristics, supplier city, carton data, ready date and U.S. destination.

Result: A request with enough facts to review responsibly.

02

Cargo and route review

We review eligibility, missing documents, handling needs and whether air, LCL, FCL or an FBA-focused route is appropriate.

Result: Questions and a recommended route direction.

03

Confirmed quotation

The quotation states the agreed DDP scope, destination, cargo basis, China handling and known exclusions before booking.

Result: A shipment-specific scope rather than a generic online rate.

04

Pickup and warehouse handling

Cargo is collected from the supplier or received at the China warehouse. Requested counts, photos, labels, repacking or consolidation are coordinated.

Result: Cargo prepared for the booked route.

05

Air or sea movement

Export and international freight proceed under the selected route. Updates focus on meaningful handoffs, not a false promise of continuous GPS tracking.

Result: Visibility at the operational milestones available for the route.

06

Customs and final delivery

Customs clearance is coordinated through licensed U.S. customs brokers, followed by delivery to the confirmed business, warehouse or eligible FBA destination.

Result: Delivery completed under the confirmed service scope.

What can change after a quote?

A quotation is based on the facts available when it is issued. Changes to the cargo or delivery requirement can change the route, handling or cost.

  • Different product, material, brand, battery, liquid, powder or regulated feature
  • Actual weight, volume, carton dimensions or quantity differs from the quote basis
  • Supplier or origin city changes
  • U.S. destination, FBA code, appointment or unloading conditions change
  • Documents are incomplete, inaccurate or submitted late
  • Government inspection, port, carrier or final-mile conditions affect the route

The simplest way to protect the plan:

Share accurate cargo and destination data early, and tell us about changes before pickup or booking.
